At Hire a Dental Surgery, we make it simple for our Member dentists to secure qualified dental nurse support for their booked surgery sessions.
Dentists must hold an active Membership to book a surgery session.
Dental Nurses do not require Membership.
We manage nurse coordination and onboarding directly.
When completing your surgery booking, you will see the option:
☑ “I require a Dental Nurse for this session.”
Simply tick this box during booking and we will take care of the rest.
Alternatively, if you have already booked your session, you may contact us to request nurse support (subject to availability).
Once you request a nurse:
We confirm nurse availability for your selected date and time.
We contact the nurse directly and send onboarding instructions.
We verify compliance documentation.
We confirm final approval before the session.
Nurses cannot attend the premises until onboarding has been fully completed and approved.

Hire a Dental Surgery manages this process directly with the nurse.
The Dentist pays the Dental Nurse directly.
Fees are agreed between the Dentist and the Nurse.
Hire a Dental Surgery does not employ the nurse and does not manage payroll or tax.
A £30 administration fee per nurse booking is payable to Hire a Dental Surgery.
This fee covers coordination, compliance checks and access approval.
The administration fee is separate from room hire charges.
• The Dentist retains full clinical responsibility for treatment provided.
• The Dentist is responsible for supervision and direction of the nurse during the session.
• Hire a Dental Surgery provides facilities and compliance oversight only.
